Acknowledgment of 2024 Challenges
In 2024, Tenebrous Tales Interactive (TTI) encountered delays in achieving its AOP milestones due to the emergence of multiple teaching opportunities and job opportunities to assist a couple of start-ups and non-profit organizations. These commitments limited the available time to finalize TTI projects as initially planned. However, significant progress was made on the development side, including a newer frontend with the ability to scale. All of which set a strong foundation for concluding development in 2025.
This document outlines the strategic roadmap for TTI’s objectives in 2025, incorporating key learnings from the previous year to pave the way for a smoother development process.
Q1 [Jan-March]: Laying the Foundation
Primary Goals:
- Grimoire Mobile Visual Redesign [January]
- Complete the mobile visual redesign for the Grimoire platform to enhance user experience and accessibility.
- Completion of TTI Chatbot Service [February]
- Finalize and launch the TTI Beta chatbot service by the end of Q1 or the start of Q2.
- Develop and implement introductory bots for both the TTI and Grimoire platforms.
- YouTube Channel Direction [March]
- Assess and decide whether to split the YouTube channel into two distinct channels (media analysis and education vs. combined content).
- Continue consistent content production.

- Dedicate time to teaching spring AI classes while maintaining progress on TTI and Grimoire objectives.
Q2 [April-June]: Storytelling and Expansion
Primary Goals:
- Launch of TTI Interactive Novella [April]
- Release the first installment of the interactive novella to convey the canonical story of the TTI AI chatbots.
- Deliver the second and third installments, ensuring the complete novella is launched by the end of Q2.
- YouTube Content Strategy [April-June]
- Continue producing and uploading two videos per month, aligning with the decision made in Q1 regarding channel segmentation.

- Continue teaching summer AI classes while wrapping up major deliverables for Q2.
Q3 [July-September]: Strategic Focus Shift

- TTI and Grimoire Enter Maintenance Mode [July]
- Transition TTI & Grimoire into a maintenance phase to focus resources on other growth opportunities.
- Ensure the Grimoire platform is optimized for long-term usability and scalability.
- YouTube Channel Growth [Aug-Sep]
- Explore collaboration opportunities to increase reach.
- Create an additional backlog of content as a windfall for the necessary time-off in Q4.

Q4 [October-December]: Looking Ahead
Primary Goals:
- RPG Planning [October-December]
- Initiate the drafting and pre-production phase of a new, untitled RPG project.
- Assemble a team or resources needed to begin dedicated development in 2026.
- Year-End Review and Optimization [December]
- Evaluate the performance of TTI and Grimoire platforms in maintenance mode.
- Review YouTube channel growth metrics and refine strategies for 2026.
