Alpha Updates:


Oh man! Time to open up this post for some details about what we’ve got wrapped up so far and some limitations we’ll be experiencing until beta. Our team has been working hard at getting everything in order. Shoutout to the testers for providing feedback as we march towards UI design.

What have we got done so far?

  • 18 Characters: Fully fleshed out with quests and storyline for their first chapter
  • A game engine powered by AI and specialized rules for a roleplaying / Dungeon Master experience with the ability to customize these rules coming later on when ‘player character creation’ becomes a feature
  • Fine tuned settings for OAI implemented on every character
  • Unique avatars and setting backgrounds for every character
  • Darkened message backgrounds for text visibility against settings
  • Unique text colors for player and AI with ability to vary during character creation comes later on
  • Characters now have voice support and will narrate the story with the ability to add your own character voice later during character creation
  • Secondary frame/Placeholder UI added to house player and AI data about setting, stats, equipment and mood. Visually designed, not functionally set up yet.
  • NSFW support is functional while supporting our desired use case but will not be public during alpha, thanks for understanding
  • Dynamic avatars and backgrounds are functional but need more art to go along side them
  • Background music works, with an upcoming in game music function or customization/override of detault music during player character creation

This is the current state of the UI, it’s by no means perfect and more face lifts will be coming soon. This is a placeholder UI until a more functional base is created for each character to follow.
