Tenebrous Tales Interactive (TTI) Roadmap for 2024

Thanks to everyone for your support this year. In an effort to keep things transparent I want to provide the current roadmap for 2024! First and foremost, know it’s been an absolute pleasure doing this the last year, and I’m looking forward to see where 2024 will take us!

Quarter 1 (Jan-March): Foundation and Expansion

Finish TTI Beta
  • Reinstate stats system.
  • Complete Chapter 2 and Chapter 3.
  • Deploy 5 new characters (scheduled for Jan-Feb release).
  • Ongoing website redevelopment in React for enhanced functionality.
Elodine’s Live Streaming Initiative
  • Begin live streaming of development activities.
  • Streams to cover:
    • Finalization of TTI.
    • Radio host AI tweaks.
    • Development of new applications for clients.

Educational Outreach

  • Plan and prepare for courses and lectures via Udemy and Grey Matter.
  • Soft impact expected; mainly preparatory work.

Quarter 2 Onward (April–Dec): Diversification and Decision-Making

Continuation of Streaming and Development
  • Maintain regular streaming schedule.
  • Focus on iterative improvements and community engagement.
Ongoing Educational Programs
  • Launch and conduct planned online courses and lectures.
  • Monitor engagement and feedback for future course improvements.
New Game Project Conceptualization
  • Begin deliberations on the next major project.
  • Choices include developing a visual novel or a trading card game (TCG).
  • Gather community input and conduct initial research.

Open-Ended Goals and Flexibility

  • Adapting to Changes: Remain flexible to adjust the roadmap in response to technological advancements, community feedback, and internal assessments.
  • Community Interaction: Regularly engage with the community for feedback and ideas, ensuring the roadmap remains aligned with audience expectations and interests.
  • Unscheduled Releases and Updates: Be prepared for impromptu releases or updates, maintaining an agile development approach.
